Thank you for shopping our on-line store. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic & International Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. COVID-19 may cause additional delays in the shipment of your package.

WineBoxSweets.com ships to addresses within Canada and the U.S., if you wish to place an order outside of these areas, please email us at info@wineboxsweets.com or email through the comment page.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped.  Packages within Canada have a tracking number, packages to the US have a Customs Declaration but no tracking number is available once it reaches customs.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

WineBoxsweets.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages and Refund Policy

Wineboxsweets.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.  Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Please note, our gummies are susceptible to melting at higher temperatures.  Please order an ice pack to help eliminate this risk.  Ordering an ice pack (available on the online store) to be shipped with your product, may decrease any chance of heat deformity to the product within transit.

Refunds are not available for product that is damaged due to improper storage, handling or exposure to heat and/or sunlight.  Refunds are not available for product lost in shipping.  Refunds may be issued in circumstances where you received product that was expired or other special circumstances.  All Refunds are at the company’s sole discretion.
